Vegan Turnip Cake 甘之若素

Crafted with premium ingredients and time-honoured cooking techniques, the Vegan Turnip Cake is made with fresh radish, aromatic Japanese kombu soup with selected Agaricus Blazei, as well as shredded Chinese Mushroom and on top of Cordyceps militaris to infuse rich flavours into every bite.


Ingredients : white turnip, shiitake mushroom, Agaricus Blazei, Japanese Kombu, canola oil, shallots, Cordyceps Flower, rice flour,  wheat starch, white pepper, sesame oil, himalayan salt, sugar
