TERMS OF PROMOTIONS

1. Customers must register as members to participate in the Programme.

2. The promotion is valid from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

3. Prize redemption details: the promotional period lasts from March 21 to while stock lasts.

4. No prize exchanges, transfers or cash change is provided under any circumstances. All prizes not redeemed in 14days will be automatically forfeited.

5. During the promotional period, customers who register successfully as new members will be given 50 points. 

6. In case of fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to cancel or recall all registered and/or redeemed prizes and/or points immediately.

7. Black Garlic has the absolute right and discretion to deny any disqualified and/or invalid sales receipts or prize redemptions. Black Garlic also reserves final approval rights on all related  sales receipts and prize redemptions. Members may not appeal any decision.

8. Black Garlic reserves the right to modify the structure and content of the scheme at any time without prior notice, including all content of the membership registration, points conversion, expiry dates of points, available rewards and offers, methods to redeem and collect rewards and offers, terms and conditions, as well as termination of the scheme‧ It is the responsibility of members to remain informed about the structure and content of promotions, including any modifications of these terms and conditions. Registering Black Garlic membership or redeeming rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant terms and conditions by members. Black Garlic will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any changes to the structure and/or content of the scheme, including these terms and conditions.
